As a payroll client we can provide all of the following to you:

Payroll Preparation

At quarter and year end we are available to do all quarterly payroll tax returns needed and preparation of W2’s to include:

  • Futa and Suta with each payroll according to your current depository schedule
  • Quarterly & Year-end Payroll Reports
  • Federal and State Deposit filing confirmations are available online if needed.
  • Workers Compensation
  • Depository totals detailing the amount of paycheck withholdings.

Payroll Processing

We can process your payroll according to your needs in any of the following time frames:

  • Weekly
  • Bi-weekly
  • Semi-monthly
  • Once a month

Employees can be paid by check or direct deposit and can view their paystubs through a private portal. Paper checks will be delivered by US Mail unless client prefers to pick them up. Am Express is also available for overnight delivery. We are also available to process independent contractor payments.

Minnesota Statute requires all employers to report newly hired and re-hired employees to be reported to the state directory within 20 day of their hire date. We can offer services to make sure this gets done.
